During my stay at Autentico Vertical Playa Del Carmen, I enjoyed the quiet location that was conveniently close to Quinta Avenida and some lovely beaches. However, I faced several maintenance issues, including a lack of hot water and a noisy air conditioning unit, which detracted from the experience. Overall, it had its ups and downs, but the friendly staff made it a bit more pleasant.
